One thing you will appreciate if you have children is the fluffy – steamed milk served in a cup with plenty of froth and often with marshmallows or sweets on the side. Fluffies run from around $1 to $2, and they generally guarantee you five minutes of peace to drink your own coffee. Bliss! You will also be well catered for in New Zealand cafes if you drink tea, with a pot of tea for one generally costing around $3.50. Most establishments offer a range of different teas, including herbal teas, green tea and chai.
